Brandes & Henze High Turbulence Headboxes with Central Distribution Tank and CD Basisweight Control by Dilution in B&H design This Headbox system consists of the following three major parts 1. B&H design Central Distribution Tank with padding air pressure delivering consistent pressure and stock flow across the width of the machine and designed to optimize fiber distribution. Stock is feed from the Central Distributor Assembly through a series of flexible pipes, each of equal length and diameter, to the headbox. 2. B&H design high turbulence headbox, is designed to take full advantage of the B&H Central Distributor by incorporating an equalizing chamber and tube bank element to generate the proper turbulence required for even fiber distribution. 3. B&H design Dilution Profiling System, providing dilution control profiling without volume, pressure or velocity changes of the stock. This eliminates the need for spindle adjustment at the top lip of the headbox.
